President Trump’s first two months in office have upended the international political order and disrupted the norms of international trade. He has abandoned existing North American agreements and questioned Canada’s existence as a sovereign state. This roundtable discusses Trump’s goals and strategies, the implications for Canada – US relations and the impact on Canada’s federal election.

Anyone wishing to acquire a better understanding of the challenges facing Canada’s economy and politics are welcome to attend.
