Honours BA Student Noor Akrawi Selected for Prestigious Ontario Legislature Internship Programme (OLIP)

Noor Akrawi, a fourth-year honours BA political science student, has been selected as one of ten interns from across Canada for the 50th cohort of the Ontario Legislature Internship Programme (OLIP).
OLIP is a highly respected, non-partisan program that provides interns with invaluable experience with the Ontario legislature. As part of the program, Noor will work closely with Members of Provincial Parliament, gaining hands-on insight into legislative and policy development processes and provincial politics. Each year, ten interns are selected from across Canada through a highly competitive process. The internship takes place in Toronto, Ontario beginning in September and concluding in June. The Programme is open to Canadian citizens and those who are eligible to work in Canada who hold at least one university degree. OLIP is an equal opportunity programme.
